General Rules of The School
Functional :-
- Clean and pescribed school uniform is to be worn on all the school days. A student who is slovenly dressed may be sent home.
- At the stroke of the first bell, all students should assemble for attending the morning assembly. After the assembly, they must return to their respective class rooms quietly in line.
- Every student must take part in all the curricular and co-curricular activities unless declared unfit or exempted by the organizers
- Every student must cover his/her note-books / text books properly and table them positively.
- Students must bring their copies and books to the school as per time table. Extra books, newspapers or periodicals must not be brought to the school without prior permission of the school authorities.
- During the absence of teacher from the class students must obey the monitor, appointed to maintain orderliness.
- Any kind of damage done to the property of the school will be compensated by the students. He/She may be fined by the Principal on that account.
- Parents are not allowed to go to any classroom or staff room to see their ward or for any discussion with any teacher without the permission of the Principal. This is also applicable for the visitors.
- Parents are requested to send back the progress report after every test or examination. They must return it within 3 days.
- On class days and school functions students must wear the uniform prescribed for the season. Students coming to school without uniform and / or not cleaned properly ironed uniform, unpolished shoes wil be fined Rs 5/-.
- Students returning from long illness shall have to produce a medical certificate.
- . In case of change of address or mobile number, parents must inform in writing.
- I-card : If is mandatory for every student to bear the identify. Card issued by the school while in school uniform. In the event of loss of the card, a fresh one can be issued on payment of Rs. 100/-.
- Parents are requested not to send the tution fees by their wards.
- A pupil suffering from any contagious disease which may infect other shall not be allowed to attend class until recovery.
- Students will not be permitted to leave the school during the school hours.
- The school reserves right, to terminates the schooling of students for unsatisfactory progress in studies or whose conduct is a bad perception for others.
- Parents should co-operate with the school in its attempt to help their children’s progress, paying attention to their punctuality regularity and discipline. They should take interest in their child 's studies and other activities.
- No Sharp object like blade knife scissors, needle should be sent to school to ensure safety.
- Valuable articles like gold/diamond jewellery, facial make up like make up and bindi henna decorating palms and feet is strictly prohibited in the school. Electronic gadgets (mobiles, i-pad and camera) are not permitted inside the school premises.
- Every student will go home only by school transport / authorised transport or with the authorised escort of their own. Regarding authorization of escort , parents are requested to submit a written authorisation letter. The school should be informed immediately in writing about the change of authorised escort.
- The principal holds the right to change ammend or cancel any of the above rules in the general interest of pupils and the school
